Registration and payment contact: 480-224-3911. Dive Sheet Entries: cleanentries.com Location: Perry Pool, 1775 E. Queen Creek Rd. Gilbert, AZ 85297. On Queen Creek Rd., east of Val Vista. From the SanTan Loop 202, exit Val Vista and drive south 1.5 mi. Turn east (left) onto Queen Creek. Pool is on the right, at west end of school. Parking: The parking lot nearest the pool is the student lot. You may park in any open parking spot after 7:45am. Additional/bus parking available on the east side of the school near the library. Please do not park on the residential street west of the pool, you will be ticketed/towed. Cost: $30 per diver, up to 4 girls and 4 boys allowed per team. No admission fee for spectators. 2 Deadlines: 1.The registration & paymentdeadline is Noon Oct. 10th. If your district is on break that week, please arrange your payment the week prior. If you need help contact Community Ed. at 480-224-3911. 2.The dive sheet entry deadline is 8:00pm Oct. 22nd to cleanentries.com. That website contains help files as well as an email address for tech support. Schedule: This is a girls first year. (Odd years are girls first, even are boys first) 8:00 am Gates Open 8:00-9:00* Check-in & Girls’ Warm-ups 9:00* Coaches meeting, competition begins right after brief meeting Boys will begin right after Girls finish. They will have a warm up before their competition begins. *Times are approximate and subject to change depending on the number of divers entered. More solid times can be given after the registration deadline. General Rules: ●All divers must be checked in with their sheets signed before beginning warm-up. I will provide a paper copy of each entry to make changes and sign at check-in. ●Sheets may not be changed after check-in signature. ●Each team is required to provide one judge for the meet – this is typically a coach. You may be asked to judge or assist with table work, and you will be needed for the entire meet regardless of whether your divers are cut. ●All entry forms must be submitted using CleanEntries.com. Instructions below. ●All entrants will dive the first 5 rounds (prelims), then the field will be cut for rounds #6-8 (semifinals), then another cut for rounds #9-11 (finals). The number of divers remaining after each cut will depend on the total number of entrants. I can give more specific info after all teams have registered. ●Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each gender. ●Separate final standings will be announced for only CUSD competitors since this meet counts as our city meet as well. These standings will not interfere with overall standings or awards. Notes: An Athletic Trainer will be available at the pool, however teams need to bring their own supplies. Drinking water and injury ice will be available throughout meet. Lunch will be provided for coaches and officials only. Teams are encouraged to bring their own shade. All teams must help with clean-up at the end of the meet. Limited spectator seating is available, however there is plenty of room to bring camp chairs. Registration & Payment Deadline: All teams must be registered by Friday, October 10, at Noon. Be conscious of your district’s Fall Break closures. Dive Sheet Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted to the CleanEntries.com website by 8:00 pm on October 22. No late entries can be made, the website will automatically close the meet at the deadline. Registration Information: Use the attached forms OR the following instructions: 1. Go to www.cusdcommunity.com 2. In the left column, select Perry HS Camps and Clinics 3.Then select Puma Diving Invitational 4. Complete the Registration form and send with payment to Community Education 1525 W Frye Rd. Chandler, 85224. Checks or POs should be made to CUSD Community Education. Dive Sheet Entry Instructions: We are using CleanEntires.com. Please note that the first time you sign up, it will not be a fast process as all your divers need to sign up too. After you go through the setup process the first time, you will not need to setup again for subsequent meets. You will just enter dive sheets. 1.Go to https://cleanentries.com/ to login or create an account if you are new to the site. If this is your first time registering you will need to add your team to the database. Please use the official name of your team when entering the full team name. 2.Once you have set up your team, have your divers create their own accounts and choose your school as their team. 3.Find our meet, 13th Annual Puma Diving Invitational, and follow the on-screen instructions for entering each diver’s sheet. 4.Please be sure to enter your divers’ sheets accurately. Your athletes may also log in and check their sheets, but only coaches can make changes. ONLINE SHEET ENTRY DEADLINE: 8:00 pm Oct. 22nd No Late Entries can be accepted.

    Puma Swim & Dive Camp Are you interested in Perry’s Swim & Dive team? Join us for fun, fitness, and top-quality coaching from the Perry coaching staff. Who: All 9th-12th grade students (from any school) *Please note that this camp is not intended for non-swimmers. All Swimmers and Divers should be able to complete 2 laps (50yd) without stopping. When: 2:30-4:30pm Mon. Aug. 4—Thurs. Aug. 7, 2025 Where: Perry Pool, 1775 E Queen Creek Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85297. The pool is located just west of Perry High near Val Vista & Queen Creek Rd. Cost: $50 What to bring: Swimmers need water, tennis shoes, goggles, and a towel. Also, if you have paddles, a pull buoy, and fins please bring them.
