Casteel Colts Summer Individual Skills Girls Volleyball Camp

Who: 8^th – 12^th Grade Athletes (Advanced Incoming 6^th and 7^th graders with a couple years high level experience)

When: June 10 through June 13, 2024

Where: Casteel Main Gymnasium

Time: 1:00pm – 4:30pm

Cost: $105.00 per session (Sessions are 1hour each with an abundance of reps and knowledge)

Sessions:

These sessions will be limited in participants and will be a faster pace and much more advanced.

• 1-2pm Defense and Passing (Forearm and overhead) with Serving
• 2:15-3:15pm Setting (For all players including Outsides, Right Sides, Middles, Libero/DS and of course setters)
• 3:30-4:30pm Attacking and Advanced game play (We may go 1hr 15min for this session)

***Please note that the sessions are each individual sessions and the price is per session.

*** These are open to anyone and not exclusive to Casteel athletes. Bring a friend or a few of them
