Summer Camps:
Comedy Improv Workshop (Gr. 1-6): In this program, players will take the plunge into the world of improv through a variety of theater games and exercises. They will learn to work with their peers as a team, exploring what it means to support each other as both actor and audience. Players will create original characters and environments that they will use in funny, creative play.
Graphic Designers (Gr 1-6): Dive into the exciting world of digital design with our kid-friendly graphic design class! Perfect for young artists, this dynamic program introduces students to the basics of graphic design, from exploring colors and shapes to creating imaginative digital artwork. Students will have the opportunity to bring their creative ideas to life through hands-on projects while learning essential design tools and techniques.
Intro To Magic (Gr 1-6): Set the stage. In this beginner-level magic class, students will learn different aspects and principals of magic performance and misdirection. Magic lessons including card magic, money Magic, sleight-of-hand magic, and ethics. Students will prepare to perform tricks during the final magic show.
Jewelry From Earth (Gr 1-6): In this eco-friendly jewelry-making course, students embark on a creative journey starting with recycled materials to craft environmentally conscious accessories. They will then advance to using polymer clay to design more intricate and customizable pieces. The course culminates in working with resin to create unique and polished items like bracelets, rings, jewelry boxes, and keychains. Along the way, students will explore their artistic potential while learning important sustainable art techniques, emphasizing the use of eco-friendly practices and materials throughout the creative process.
