ACP Girls Flag Football Summer Camp
The camp is designed to elevate your game! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, this camp will help you enhance your skills on the field and build strength in the weight room. Focused on improving flag football fundamentals, our field sessions will cover passing, receiving, running routes, defensive strategies, and teamwork. Players will engage in drills, competitive scrimmages, and position-specific exercises to develop technical skills and game awareness. Strength and conditioning are key to performance. Our camp includes structured weight room sessions tailored to improve athleticism, speed, agility, and overall fitness
Who: Any incoming 9th-12th grade girls interested in Flag Football
When: June 23, 24, 25, 26, 30 and July 1, 7, 8, 9
Where: ACP High School North Field
Time: 8:00 am to 10:30 am
