ACP Flag Football Open Field Clinic
The clinic is designed to elevate your game! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, this clinic will help you enhance your skills on the field and build strength. Focused on improving flag football fundamentals, our field sessions will cover passing, receiving, running routes, defensive strategies, and teamwork. Players will engage in drills, competitive scrimmages, and position-specific exercises to develop technical skills and game awareness. Strength and conditioning are key to performance. Our clinic includes structured sessions tailored to improve athleticism, speed, agility, and overall fitness
Who: Any ACP 9th-12th grade girls interested in Flag Football
When: 30 April - 13 May (Tuesday-Thursday)
