High School (Grades 9–12): Success in high school requires more than working hard—it requires learning how to study efficiently, stay organized, and manage time effectively. As students prepare for Honors, AP, IB, dual enrollment, SAT, ACT, college admissions, and future careers, strong study habits become increasingly important.
This 4-hour seminar is designed specifically for high school students and focuses on practical strategies that improve academic performance while reducing stress and increasing confidence. Students will learn techniques that can be applied immediately in every subject to become more organized, improve retention, prepare more effectively for exams, and build habits that support long-term academic success. Developing these skills during high school can help students perform at a higher level while preparing them for the increased expectations of college and the workplace.
5-hour ACT & SAT prep seminars: In the 5-hour seminar, students will learn about all sections of either the ACT or SAT, take shortened practice tests to get used to the types of questions on the test, and be provided with a multitude of tips and strategies to help them on each section of the test.
Included in the price of the seminar is an extensive study guide full of tips and strategies, as well as many practice tests with detailed answer explanations. In the past, students taking seminars have seen an average increase of 2-4 points on the ACT and 50-150 on the SAT.
While each student's score ultimately depends on the amount of work he or she completes outside the seminar, Sycamore Learning Company provides students with the materials and strategies that can help increase the chances of achieving the best score possible.
AI Advantage LIVE! (Grades 9–12): Artificial Intelligence is rapidly changing the way students learn, communicate, solve problems, and prepare for college and future careers. Throughout this interactive 4-hour seminar, students will learn how Artificial Intelligence can improve productivity, strengthen writing and communication skills, organize projects, support research, generate creative ideas, and prepare for college and career opportunities. Students will also explore the ethical responsibilities of using AI, learn how to evaluate AI-generated information, protect their privacy, and use AI as a tool that enhances learning rather than replaces it. This seminar is designed for students of all experience levels. No prior knowledge of Artificial Intelligence or programming is required.
