Hancock Robotics Club 5th/6th Grade

Program Description: Students in the robotics club will learn how to build robots using the VEX IQ kits. We will build a design to use in the 2026-2027 VEX Competition: Level Up. The students will have to work in a cooperative group setting to build our design, practice driving in the competition setting, and learn some basic coding skills.

Grades Levels of Students (Min and Max): 5th and 6th grade Hancock students

Start and End Date Program: August 24th, 2026- December 14th, 2026 (No meetings on September 7th, Fall Break, or October 5th)

Time and Days of the week: Mondays from 3:00-4:00 pm

Location (School and Room/Area): Computer Lab

Cost per Participant: $115 (Includes Shirt)

Registration Min/Max number of Participants: 12 Min/18 Max
